Beating the Orlando Heat at M&M’S World Store Fun

August 17, 2016 by Aunesty Reikofski 1 Comment

This post brought to you by M&M’S World. The content and opinions expressed below are that of Temporary Tourist.

Last week we decided we needed some indoor fun and relief from the Florida heat and humidity, so we headed to the M&M’S World store in the Florida Mall. Once we told everyone where we were going, all they could talk about was what color M&M’S they were going to get. Of course that also meant discussing if the colors tasted different, which they don’t, but don’t tell that to my family, because obviously the pink ones taste the best.

One of the things I absolutely love about our Orlando M&M’S World store is the ability to enter it from outside the mall. I know this seems like such a minor thing, but at times our mall can be quite busy, and being able to go directly into the M&M’S World store is such a blessing when we are on a mission, a chocolate mission.

I know many of you are thinking that the only thing to do in the M&M’S World store is buy M&M’S, well that is so not true! The shopping there is amazing! I personally love all the coffee cups, my husband loved the t-shirts and especially the Americana tees. As a family, we all loved the nightwear!

Did you know you can also purchase M&M’S-themed ties?!?!?  OMGoodness, we LOVED them!!!!!

Even our family friends had a blast clothes shopping with us at M&M’s World Orlando!

After each of us made a bag of our M&M’S choices,

we spent some time checking out all the dispensers,

and I found the perfect gift for my mother-in-law this Christmas, a Slot Machine M&M’S dispenser! This has her written all over it! Chocolate and fun in one piece, yes, this is the perfect gift!

I wish I lived in Las Vegas, New York or London and could visit their M&M’S World Stores, they can create custom printed M&M’S right in the store! How cool would it be to have your face on an M&M?!?!?!?  There are 5 M&M’S World Stores in all, New York City, Las Vegas, Orlando, London, and Shanghai. How fun would it be to visit them all?!?!?

After about an hour of fun with chocolate and shopping we decided it was time to go brave the Florida heat and head back to our car, so we could go home and enjoy our treats.

If you are looking for something to do, to help you beat the heat {and get out of the rain} while in Orlando, we can’t recommend a visit to M&M’S World Store highly enough. Chocolate and family fun in one stop!
