Doubletree Denver Tech Center

July 16, 2012 by Aunesty Reikofski 1 Comment

When we arrived in Parker, we had not lined up our hotel, I thought we could just go to the Inn Towne Suites and get a room for a week, yeah not so much… So after sitting in the McDonalds parking lot using their WiFi with the iPad, we came across the Double Tree Inn in the Denver Tech Center for $99 a night for a King with a sleeper Sofa.  Perfect, so we booked it and drove on over.

What a gem!  For the price, I was quite surprised to find we were staying in a convention hotel with ALL the amenities.  A bar, a restaurant, a coffee shop, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool.  I can’t speak for the indoor pool, as it was being worked on while we were there, but the outdoor pool is a salt water pool.  LOVED IT!  The bed was amazing, I meant to check what brand of mattress it was, as I think that is what I want to buy for my next bed.

We thought about staying there for the next 3 nights as it was only blowing the budget a little, but we discovered they were sold out for the rest of the time.  Too bad, as this is hotel that I would definitely recommend.
