The Florida Fresh Outdoor Kitchen is our favorite stop at the International Flower and Garden festival. The reason being the delicious Shrimp and Grits. Now I will say this, the first time I had this was at the press event, and my mouth fell in love. Later that day, we stopped by the Florida Fresh kitchen and I ordered two more plates of it for Patrick to try and for me. Again it was delicious. Now a few days later we were at Epcot and of course stopped for Shrimp and Grits expecting the same delicious wonders as before, but sadly, what we were served didn’t even come close to comparison. The sauce had no sausage, huge chunks of under cooked tomatoes and WAY TOO MANY grits. I took one bite and couldn’t eat any more of it. I am truly hoping that our next trip has a better cook and server so we can enjoy the dish how it was meant to be.
