Magic Kingdom Destined to Become Booze-Filled Drunken Frat Party

December 16, 2016 by Patrick Reikofski Leave a Comment

Uncle Walt must be spinning in his grave over this latest change to his beloved Florida Project.

Well no, probably not…but you get the idea.

The Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World will soon begin offering alcohol for purchase at 4 signature restaurants inside its flagship park.  Cinderella’s Royal Table, Jungle Navigation Co. LTD. Skipper Canteen, Liberty Tree Tavern, and Tony’s Town Square Restaurant will start selling an assortment of alcoholic beverages beginning December 23, just in time for the Christmas and Holiday busy season.

Cinderella’s Royal Table

Currently, only Be Our Guest Restaurant offers alcohol during its dinner hours inside the Magic Kingdom.  It’s offered alcohol since it opened back in 2012, becoming the first place inside the Magic Kingdom to offer alcohol.

Many will point to Walt Disney’s long standing edict of no alcohol sales in his park and decry this move as an abomination.  Maybe so, but the move seems to be inline with the company’s current move towards increased sales and more VIP experiences.

Are alcohol sales in kiosks in Magic Kingdom far behind?
