So on a recent visit to SeaWorld for the SeaWorld Spooktacular, I was able to get some pretty amazing photos! Unlike my Kilimanjaro Animal Photos, taking photos of the animals, rides and shows is much easier at SeaWorld. I love the easily accessible enclosures that allow for me, as a photographer, to get fairly close to the animals. Using my 75-300mm lens I am able to capture shots that show you the expressions on the animals faces.
I have found that living in the Orlando area allows for me to move away from using a “zoo” to take animal photos, for which I am thankful. Being able to shoot such a diverse range of wild life in the theme parks is one of the positives of living in the tourist trap. But being able to shoot at SeaWorld allows for me to grab shots of some animals that I would never have the opportunity to see in “real” life.
Here are a few of my favorite shots from our recent trip. If you like any of these, please feel free to view my portfolio on View Bug and vote for them or you can even take a look at the photos I have for sale there and purchase them.
