Butterbeer was introduced in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter Hogsmeade in Islands of Adventure when it first opened. Visitors have had the option of cold or frozen Butterbeer . Both with the self regenerating froth. It is delicious, I have always preferred the cold version and Patrick the frozen. So naturally when we heard that the Wizarding World of Harry Potter Diagon Alley was going to be offering Butterbeer Ice Cream, well to say I was excited is an understatement!
With much anticipation I finally got to have my first taste of the new Butterbeer ice cream. I can’t believe how perfectly creamy it is! While it is very refreshing and perfectly delicious, it is heavy and a small bowl of it was too much for me to finish. Patrick on the other hand was able to finish his and mine. 
As far as I am concerned, the Butterbeer Ice Cream is a must have for anyone visiting Diagon Alley.
