Disney’s Polynesian Ohana Bar

One of the little spots we enjoy going to and "hanging" out at is the Ohana Bar at Disney's Polynesian Resort.  I am actually surprised we have never eaten dinner there before, but we do enjoy grabbing a drink while soaking up the Disney atmosphere. Well this last Friday night, we decided that since I wanted to shoot Wishes from the Polynesian beach, we would also grab a … [Read more...]

Cape May Restaurant in Disney’s Beach Club ~ Photos

So last night as we were walking through the Beach Club, we decided to stop by Cape May and take some photos of their buffet.  As with most Disney restaurants I have an expectation to be blown away by the food.  Especially for the price, Cape May Buffet Dinner is $39.95 per adult. As I was taking photos of the food, I found that I was actually disappointed in the food … [Read more...]

Starring Rolls Cafe in Hollywood Studios

If you have not eaten here, it is an absolute MUST for your next trip!  This little bitty cafe in Hollywood Studios is only open from 9am to 4pm, and carries the infamous Butterfinger Chocolate Cupcake, as well as numerous other delicious desserts and a fantastic HUGE sandwich.  I can't RAVE enough about Starrring Rolls.  Most of the desserts are $3.99 and freshly made … [Read more...]

Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie

Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie is located in the back of the France Pavilion at Epcot.  Currently there is some construction going on in France, so you have to overlook that the you are walking into a tight place, but once you reach the back, and step in to that line your senses will take over.  The smells of fresh baked goodies and coffee fill the air.  While we went there … [Read more...]

WDW Mainstreet Bakery Closed ~ temporarily

As you know the Mainstreet Bakery in Magic Kingdom is being turned into a Starbucks and closed a few weeks back to start the transformation.  While I may not like the change, I am interested in seeing what it will look like when complete.  So, I decided to take a few pictures before, during and after.  Since I can't show the after until, well, after, here are the Before and … [Read more...]

The Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom Photo Guide

One of our favorite Character meals at Walt Disney World is at The Crystal Palace. Not because of the characters, but rather because the food is consistently good there, and if you time it just right, you can watch the fireworks while enjoying your meal.  And we did time it just right a few nights ago, when we walked up and asked if they had any available seating.  They did, … [Read more...]

Disney’s 50’s Prime Time Cafe in Hollywood Studios

Pat has been working on a post about all the bars through out Walt Disney World, so on one particular evening in Hollywood Studios, we had to stop at one of their two bars and take some pictures and get a drink, of course!  Now this particular bar is attached to the 50's Prime Time Cafe, so I meandered on over to take a few pictures.  Well I met some of the BEST waitresses and … [Read more...]
