Disney After Hours at Magic Kingdom

July 16, 2018 by Ivon Pedraza Leave a Comment

If you don’t like crowds and long wait times, then this is the event for you.

Disney After Hours at Magic Kingdom is a limited time hard ticket event that runs from June 28th – September 20th 2018 and only a limited amount of tickets are sold for this event.

During select nights you can enjoy the Magic Kingdom Park with only a limited amount of guests. Less visitors means little to no wait times. You might have a 5 to 10 minute wait on some rides, while on others you get to walk right on.

For guests that have family members with a disability or special needs this is truly a great option. Not having to worry about Fast Passes or having to use the Disability Pass is really a great perk and not having to deal with the crowds and hot Florida sun is a definite must.

Some of the popular rides that usually have wait times of around 80 minutes up to 2 hours plus like Peter Pan’s Flight, Space Mountain and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train were barely a 5 to 10 minute wait.

Also for the avid photographer, this is a great opportunity to snag those pic’s that otherwise you wouldn’t be able to get a good shot of because of the crowds.

Included in the ticket price of $119 per person ages 3 and up are unlimited ice cream treats, bottled beverages and popcorn. However if you don’t feel like snacking, Casey’s Corner and the Main Street Bakery remain open for those who rather have something a little more to eat.

Photo Pass options around the park are also little to no wait and now with the Incredible Summer events going on also at Magic Kingdom, Photo Pass pic’s like the Onmidroid were a walk up.

These are the Event Dates still available for Disney After Hours:

July 21 & 28 * 10 PM – 1 AM
Aug 4 & 11 * 10 PM – 1 AM
Aug 30 & 9 * PM – 12 AM
Sept 20 * 9 PM – 12 AM

You can check-in earlier and start enjoying all the fun as early as 7:00PM that way you won’t miss Happily Ever After Fireworks Show or the Once Upon a Time Castle Show.

We personally loved this event and we feel that vacationers who want to enjoy the park without all the hassle, heat and crowds will definitely enjoy this as well.
