The Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom Photo Guide

September 28, 2012 by Aunesty Reikofski 8 Comments

One of our favorite Character meals at Walt Disney World is at The Crystal Palace. Not because of the characters, but rather because the food is consistently good there, and if you time it just right, you can watch the fireworks while enjoying your meal.  And we did time it just right a few nights ago, when we walked up and asked if they had any available seating.  They did, which we typically find when you walk up towards the end of the night.  We had a less than 5 minute wait, and we were sat right up against the window facing the Castle.  Winne the Pooh was literally at our table when we sat down as well.  Which was wonderful for getting Carson in the mood!  Through out dinner we got to meet Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet as well.  Since Carson has never really noticed Piglet before, he was just in awe of the piggy!  So much so that the next day when doing a tour of Fort Wilderness he found a whole section of piglets in their store and had to pick up every one!

This is definitely one of our top recommendations for a character dining experience while at WDW.  We haven’t tried breakfast here yet, but it is on the list for a must do!

We have eaten there more than once. Lunch/dinner was good but we all loved breakfast! It didn’t hurt that we got into MK before it opened which made for some amazing castle pictures °o°

On our first visit, I was so looking forward to breakfast at CP and walking into the park early. Only we ended up 1/2 an hour late. (I had realized last minute that we needed dinner tickets for later that night printed before we left the resort). I was so worried our ressie would be cancelled. But when I explained what happened, they seated us within 10 minutes and gave us a window seat facing the castle! Best breakfast ever! I look forward to eating there again one day.
